The holder of a day or week permit does not need to be in possession of a fishing pass.

• During carp fishing, the use of an unhooking mat is mandatory.

• Caught carp must be released immediately.

• Park your car in the available parking spaces. So not on the public green, adjacent to the fishing waters. Placing (fish) trailers near the fishing spot, with the exception of bicycle trailers, is also not allowed. Violation will result in an official report and/or seizure of the fish pass / day permit.

• Be mindful of the inhabitants around the ponds. Think of parking and noise nuisance.

• Anglers should fish straight ahead as much as possible to avoid line entanglement with other anglers.

• In addition, we ask everyone not to claim the whole or half of the pond. Fish on your own half of the pond and take each other into account, especially when it is busy.

• In addition to a fixed rod, anglers may have one extra top set available.

• The use of a keepnet is permitted during the fishing session, but the fish must be returned immediately afterwards. The minimum length of the keepnet should be 3 metres.

• It is forbidden to fish for eel.

• There is a ban on taking any fish caught in the ponds in Noord.

• Scheduled fishing competitions go for free fishing, during these competitions it is therefore not allowed to use these pond(s). Check the activity calendar on www.hsvraalte.nl or any signs present.

• Night fishing in Raalte-Noord is only allowed in the months of June-July-August and September. Possession of a national night fishing pass is a requirement.

• Do not cause destruction, behave as a sporty and environmentally conscious fisherman.

• In the event of an inspection, each member is obliged to hand over this permit for inspection on demand to an inspector designated by the Board and/or other authorities authorized to inspect.

• In the event of misconduct, this permit will be withdrawn without further ado.

• You are personally liable for the damage caused by you!

• Fishing with a third rod is prohibited in Raalte-Noord.
